By submitting this payment, you agree to the following:

1. Program Overview: This is a 6-month executive coaching program including two 60-minute private sessions per month, leadership assessments, strategic tools, and curated resources. Coaching is professional development support—not therapy, legal, or financial advice.

2. Payment & Refunds: The total investment is $9,600 USD. The initial payment is $1,600 USD, followed by five automatic monthly payments of $1,600 USD. All payments are non-refundable once paid.

3. Session Policies: Sessions are via Zoom. Missed sessions without 48-hour notice are forfeited

4. Client Responsibility: Participation, implementation, and follow-through are required.

5. Confidentiality & IP: Coaching discussions are confidential. Materials remain the intellectual property of Elaine Robinson Beattie, LLC and may not be shared without permission.

6. No Guarantees & Liability: Coach makes no guarantees regarding promotions, employment, or other outcomes. Liability is limited to amounts paid.

7. Termination: Either party may terminate with 30 days’ notice. No refunds are issued for services already delivered.
