Terms & Important Information – Executive Coaching (Paid-in-Full)

By submitting payment for the Executive Coaching Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. Program Overview: This is a twelve-month coaching engagement designed to support leadership development, clarity, confidence, decision-making, and strategic growth. Sessions are conducted virtually unless otherwise agreed, and include leadership tools, exercises, and curated resources. Coaching is professional development support—not therapy, legal, financial, or medical advice.

  2. Payment & Enrollment: Payment is due in full prior to the start of coaching. Enrollment is confirmed only once payment is successfully processed. All payments are non-refundable once processed.

  3. Scheduling & Missed Sessions: Sessions are scheduled in advance. A minimum notice is required to reschedule. Missed sessions without proper notice are forfeited.

  4. Client Responsibility: Your participation, follow-through, and application of coaching guidance are essential. You are responsible for your decisions and outcomes arising from the coaching relationship.

  5. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property: All coaching conversations are confidential except as required by law. Materials, exercises, and tools remain the intellectual property of Elaine Robinson Beattie, LLC and may not be shared or distributed without permission

  6. No Guarantees & Limitation of Liability: Coach makes no guarantees regarding promotions, employment, or other outcomes. Liability is limited to amounts paid.

  7. Acknowledgment: By completing this payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. You will receive the full Executive Coaching Agreement after payment.
